We realize that it has been far too long since we have shared some of our favorite cakes here. In return for our neglect, we offer you two fabulous ladies--one naughty and one bewitching, but both so sweet.
Our first lady Karen made in August for an incredible charity event. It was Kate's Club 8th Annual Cabaret, with the theme this year being 'Moulin Rouge'. So clearly, we had no choice but to make a can-can dancer. Joshua provided the incredible dessert display behind her--croquembouche, corset cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, and truffles. It was a decadent night for sure.
Our second lady made her spellbinding debut in Oklahoma at this year's Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show. Karen and Joshua were invited to teach a sculpture class. Not only did they create this amazing cake, they taught 45 people how to create their own, but on a slightly smaller scale.
