Don't Tear Up, It's Just A Cake

If we have not said it before, unique and off-the-wall cake requests are our favorite. We were recently asked to make a cake to look like a giant Vidalia onion and we jumped at the opportunity. The cake was going to be presented to members of the Vidialia Onion Committe, so we knew that we had to nail it.


In our opinion, it was the little details that made the cake so fun. From the shiny onion skin to the squatty shape, this cake was all Vidalia, at least in appearance. Luckily the customer chose a lemon cake, because in all honesty, we were pretty sure an onion flavored cake would not taste that great.

No Need For Figgy Pudding
